Judge Wisser performs wedding ceremonies throughout Central Texas and can accommodate a wide variety of locations. Ceremonies may be held at the county courthouse, the Texas Capitol, at private residences, parks, country clubs, recreation centers, and other event venues.
He has also officiated ceremonies on boats, airplanes, and hot air balloons. Although most weddings take place in Central Texas, he has traveled to Houston, San Antonio, California, and other locations upon request.
Fees vary depending on the ceremony's location, date, time, travel requirements, and the amount of time involved.
Weekday ceremonies held between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the courthouse or Judge Wisser's nearby office typically range from $75 to $150. Weekday evening ceremonies near the courthouse are generally $250. Friday evening and weekend ceremonies typically range from $250 to $500.

Judge Wisser can attend a rehearsal for an additional fee, provided his schedule permits.
When a wedding coordinator is involved, the coordinator can usually conduct the rehearsal without the officiant being present. Before adding this service, Judge Wisser will discuss the ceremony plans with the couple to determine whether his attendance would be helpful and what role he would serve during the rehearsal.

- Unlimited telephone and email communication
- Guidance and resources for writing the wedding ceremony
- Assistance with creating personalized vows and ceremony wording
- Information regarding the legal requirements for marriage
- Officiating the wedding ceremony
- Completing and returning the marriage license to the appropriate clerk's office for recording
- A commemorative wedding certificate suitable for framing
- A printed copy of the wedding ceremony on high-quality paper
Popular Saturdays in spring and fall fill up 9–12 months out. Weekday and off-season dates are often available with only a few weeks' notice.
Anywhere within about 100 miles — the Hill Country, San Antonio, Waco, and beyond. Travel is included on nearby dates and quoted transparently for anything further.
